Job Description:
The Unarmed Security Guard will be responsible for providing a uniformed presence at commercial locations to deter theft and disorderly behavior.
Requirements:
The Unarmed Security Guard will possess the following core attributes:
Self-motivated and results oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Able to work independently as well.
Able to maintain professionalism at all times.
Able to be at work on time every shift.
Demonstrates empathy and compassion.
Is able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Is able to work under pressure conditions while maintaining focus on the job at hand.
Is able to multitask effectively in high pressure situations while maintaining focus on the job at hand.
Is able to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus on the job at hand.
Must currently have the appropriate DCJS registration or be able to obtain it within 90 days.
