Magnify is excited to share a NEW opportunity for an afternoon/evening Customer Support Representative to join our banking client's contact center! The successful candidate would be responsible for providing customer service via chat, portals, phone, etc.

Important Notes:
This position is 100% on-site Training would run 8am to 5pm (for every shift) Shifts available:
3pm to 12midnight, 12midnight to 8am, 8am to 5pm This is a 24-hour Contact Center, and shifts would include some rotating weekends Required Skills/
Experience:
Call center experience preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial services industry or equivalent preferred Previous banking background and understanding of banking processes Excellent communication skills - Written and verbal Solid decision making and analytical skills Bilinguals are encouraged to apply Primary Duties:
Managing inbound calls, emails/letters, or other inbound communications by providing customer service and ensuring customers a quality overall experience Handling on-line chat communications to answer questions and provide information Efficiently following-up with customers regarding campaigns, marketing, status of accounts or applications, etc.
