78 per hour based on experience General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for experienced EPA certified Service Technician - Level 3 for our apartment communities in the Richmond, VA area! Job
Responsibilities:
Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner Provide excellent customer service to our Residents Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned Requirements To be a top candidate you will:
Have at least 2 years' in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal) Have a valid driver's license Passing of a criminal background check required Spanish language skills are a plus Benefits GSC offers competitive compensation along with a full benefits package:
