Scope of Position The primary responsibility of this high-energy, fast-paced role is to work directly with our Senior Financial Manager, to analyze business and financial data.
The Financial Analyst will analyze historical and current financial performance to assist in predicting future performance and to provide financial and business reports for organizational leaders.
Duties & Responsibilities Plans, directs, and coordinates activities in business intelligence analysis.
Analyzes current and historical business and financial data to provide forecasting support.
Develops and maintains financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
Identifies trends in financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement.
Creates predictive financial models based on analysis to support organizational decision making.
Develops and maintains automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data to support the management team in making strategic business decisions.
Monitors current business and financial data to alert organizational leaders in case of deviation.
Manages company dashboard for monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) against performance benchmarks.
Support ad-hoc reports as needed.
Skills & Experience Needed Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, meet goals and objectives.
Strong computer skills (especially MS Office); organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task is critical Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles Ability to work with large datasets Proven analytical and financial modeling skills Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2 years professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or financial analyst Job Type:
