Responsibilities Maintain current Unarmed Security Officer VA DCJS registration Protect company's and clients property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences Report in detail any suspicious incidents Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter Monitor access at building entrances and vehicle gates Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate Skills Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position Trained security officer Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols Surveillance skills and detail orientation Integrity and professionalism High school degree Required Current VA DCJS Registration Current Driver's License Agree to background check Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
