A Day in the Life of:
As a member of our team, you will report to the AbilityOne Assistant Vice President.
You will help us streamline management of our AbilityOne activities and contribute to our acquisition of new AbilityOne contracts.
Our future Operations Analyst is a curious problem-solver with unimpeachable integrity who excels at communicating across business functions while managing multiple projects with limited supervision.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial capabilities and be experienced in quantifying challenges.
They should be a natural, detail-oriented coordinator who has experience with AbilityOne or other government projects and/or contracts.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist the head of our AbilityOne business segment in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities Recommend new procedures to increase efficiency of day-to-day operations at our contract sites Maintain communication with staff, project managers, customers, and vendors to ensure adherence to protocol across chief touchpoints Evaluate impacts of proposed changes or ongoing issues to gain insights and understand financial implications Assist with budgeting as needed Drive the creation and implementation of procedures and protocols that improve our AbilityOne business operations Communicate with our customers' contract offices to effectively manage contract renewals, modifications, and other processes as needed Manage documentation and communicate relevant information to AbilityOne AVP, Business Solutions VP and SOAR365's Executive Team as needed Develop and monitor metrics to track day-to-day operations across several projects Report on operational performance and recommend actionable improvements as appropriate Communicate and coordinate with SOAR365 staff (including Executive Team members), customers and vendors Work with our Human Resources team to ensure that all staff members adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by incorporating changes to operational protocols in new hire training/onboarding Requirements and
Qualifications:
5-7 years' work experience; 2
