Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description Retirement Plans Specialist/Sales Overview The Retirement Plans Sales Representative Specialist will work in a competitive and growing industry.
This position is responsible for a variety of sales related duties to include prospecting and developing sales relationships with strategic partners, current clients, and maintaining a reputable relationship with existing clients.
Job Responsibilities Analyzing current database to run specific campaigns by following a structured cadence of emails.
Learn and become proficient in the use of Salesforce to track all communications with both prospective and active clients.
Ability to demonstrate and communicate the DP Grow value proposition.
Meet or exceed quota of scheduled appointments each week.
Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities, and other key indicators.
Responsible to observe, implement and fully adhere to the sales systems used by DP Grow.
Provide support for other departmental projects as needed.
Coordinate with strategic partners and vendors to achieve company objectives Project an outstanding professional image in representing DP Grow to clients and the community.
Attend meetings to discuss your weekly and monthly activities.
Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-4 years Business-to-Business sales or similar sales experience required in the Financial Services industry Series 65/66 licensing (will sponsor if needed) Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Project a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community.
Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills.
Self-starter with ability to follow-up with prospective clients consistently Job Type:

$75,000.
