The Product Solutions team is looking to fill a Product Risk Specialist.
The Product Risk Specialist role is a key player in providing escalated support, troubleshooting, and training to the entire operations team.

Service & Support Work on isolated client issues to resolve or escalate to Infinisource for resolution Provide support to Customer Service and other Ops teams on escalations and/or system issues or bugs New Product Testing & Communications Participate in webinars and calls regarding new product releases Test new system capabilities and products as they become available (enhancements, new modules, bug fixes, etc.
) Training Provide internal trainings to all departments on relevant topics as needed Work with teams to determine needed training topics and schedule Provide Client Trainings as requested Security & Compliance Understand and act on State and Federal compliance changes, including researching impact to organization and suggested plan to proceed Providing security to the product via users and roles Here's what we're looking for:
Must possess a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with the iSolved HCM software platform and a minimum of 3 years of experience working for a payroll or HCM solution provider Must be highly proficient in all elements of payroll, human resources, benefits administration, and finance/tax and how those areas are setup and supported within the iSolved software platform Strong focus, problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with flexibility and a strong sense of urgency Strong presentation skills and being comfortable speaking in front of group Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities along with attention-to-detail and a high degree of accuracy High level of troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, detailed-oriented and organized You are hungry to learn, humble enough to listen, and forming deep relationships is one of your greatest strengths Understand, embrace and embody DP Core Values.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
