Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner who will partner with stakeholders across the Claims Department, technology partners, and the ClaimCenter delivery teams to develop, manage, & maintain our claims documents and communication.
This individual will develop and own our document management & production strategies to effectively support the Claims organization and our customers.
Job Responsibilities Develop thorough understanding of claims document templates, standards, records retention, regulatory requirements, management and production Partner with SMEs to develop requirements that satisfy both user and compliance needs Leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams and business partners.
Create mock-ups & visual representations to clearly capture & convey requirements Capture & create user story, integration, type list, data, & form specifications Work with configuration and integration developers to ensure their designs and implementations meet business requirements Provide demos to Product Owner and other Stakeholders for approval & sign-off Support QA in test case reviews, end-to-end testing, & explanation of business requirements Education Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) Certification Insurance certifications and/or affiliation with industry group a plus Guidewire certifications a bonus Work Experience 3-5 years of experience in a related role Experience with claims handling processes and systems preferred Experience with agile processes and frameworks a plus Skill Sets Strong desire for continuous improvement and the ability to ask probing questions to understand root causes of issues History of task ownership and driving requirements to solutions Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy Excellent written, listening, and oral communication skills; ability to communicate technical information in a business-friendly manner Ability to prioritize, organize and plan work to satisfy established timeframes Experience using management tools like Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office suite, & Visio The salary range for this position in Colorado is $80,000 - $100,000.
