Identify early warning signs of potential issues and problem solve Conduct customer training to support roll-out of programs and services Educate customers on utilizing key pharmacy programs and technology Build relationships with facility administration and staff Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needs Single Point of Contact for customers Customer Focus Visits Medication cart audits Medication Room Audits Medication cycle fill checks Physical Demands:
May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.
May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.
May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion.
Visual acuity to see and read fine prints.
Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.

Qualifications:
Registered Pharmacy Technician or Med Tech Certificate High School Diploma or equivalent At least two years experience in customer-facing positions Exceptional interpersonal skills using advanced verbal and written communications Strong problem solving and organization skills Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Must be willing to travel, including overnight Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that should be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
