Impact Makers is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Advisory team.
The Business Process Analyst operates with their client-site manager in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures; builds and expands client relationships.
Partners with the robotic process automation (RPA) thought leader to design, manage, and deliver creative RPA solutions where appropriate for clients.

Analyzing client processes, offering optimization roadmaps that are scalable, and identifying automation opportunities.
Represent Impact Makers as a process thought leader for our clients in modern process engineering trends and tools including lean process engineering, RPA, Tool aided process discovery, etc.
Required Knowledge/Skills/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology (IT) or other related field, and a minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience providing quality IT analyst services, to include business process analysis and engineering or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Knowledge of office systems, practices, and administration.
Process Analysis and Engineering - Proven experience in analyzing, designing processes using lean concepts, automated process discovery (process mining) techniques, and use of journey mapping to document processes.
Process Automation - Thorough knowledge and ability to use technology to automate and accelerate repeatable tasks through user defined rules and actions.
Customer Service - Thorough knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services to internal and external customers and clients.
This includes setting and meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Technology - Thorough knowledge of current trends and practices related to the use of technology in consulting and/or business.
Critical Thinking/Problem Solving - Using logic and reasoning to understand, analyze, and evaluate complex situations and then to research information to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to the situation.
Applies general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
Combines pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
Judgment/Decision Making - Evaluating the best method of research and then exercising appropriate judgment in establishing priorities and resolving complex matters.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/
Experience:

Ability to use software technology to build, deploy and manage software robots that emulate human actions interacting with digital systems and software, otherwise known as robotic process automation (RPA).
Lean Process engineering, AI-aided process design, and RPA experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is preferred.
Professional certifications to demonstrate competency in any area of IT consulting, management, or technology is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
