Summary:
This position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to children's residential programs and related programs at Commonwealth Catholic Charities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Ensure effective provision, coordination and delivery of children's services through program planning, compliance with regulatory standards, and best practice standards.
Provide leadership and direction to children's residential staff on evolving federal and state legislation and changing policies and practices in child welfare.
Build and maintain relationships with key funders, stakeholders and partners in the child welfare arena.
Provide supervision to shelter managers and staff directly or through others, evaluate and ensure training and development needs are met.
Ensure cost effective service delivery, manage and reconcile budgets for assigned programs; respond to budget variances as needed.
Develop, review, assess, and strengthen policies and procedures related to shelter programs.
Monitor and enhance program effectiveness; work with PQI staff to develop and implement evidence based practice model, solid outcome measurement reporting and maintain regulatory compliance.
Oversee the collection of program data and preparation of reports to meet agency, state, federal, local and other regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and oversight of grants for shelter and other support services.
Participate in overall promotion of the programs within the community and to consumers.
Represents the Agency in the community and workplace in a professional and ethical manner.
Demonstrates sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, oral, and written skills.
Utilizes a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

DIRECT REPORTS:
Program Managers - Children's Shelter, UC Trainer EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Master's Degree in social work, psychology or counseling with a combination of five years professional experience with children two of which must be in a children's residential facility and in administration or supervision; or a baccalaureate degree in social work, counseling or psychology with five years professional experience with children, three of which with children in a residential facility and in administration or supervision; or a baccalaureate degree with five years professional experience with children, four of which must be with children in a residential facility and in administration and supervision.
Five years of supervisory and administrative experience is required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
