4 Full-time 14 hours ago Full Job Description The Quality Control Administrator is responsible for assisting project site leadership in the areas of quality control, safety, timekeeping and other general administrative duties.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Manage time clock exceptions.
Physically track and count employees daily, including temporary agency employees.
Assist in the on-boarding of new hires; act as HR liaison.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Assist with JSA's (Job Safety Audits) and toolbox talks.
Collaborate with site leadership on managing and adhering to safety protocols.
Communicate with HR and Payroll on issues for payroll and onboarding.
Communicate with Finance Team/Sr.
Leadership on QC audit results.
Conduct daily QC audits of work being performed; verify current state vs planned state by reading and analyzing technical documents/instructions, and communicate any variances and issues.
Responsible for reading plans and modules to verify work performed in field.
Successful Candidate:
Problem solving skills.
General math skills and aptitude.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents/instructions.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be dependable.
Self-starter.
Timekeeping experience a plus.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers and management.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Experience in safety protocols in a warehouse/construction environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; aptitude for learning new software.
Work Environment:
Employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.
The work site is a construction environment.
Building is non-climate controlled.
The warehouse environment is typically in the construction phase and personal protective equipment (PPE) must always be used including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes.
Safety shoes with composite toe reinforcement required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time; ability to climb stairs, bend, reach; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
