IT Systems Support Engineer
Job Summary/Company:
A Sparks Group Partner is seeking an IT Systems Support Engineer to work within a globally distributed team supporting users both onsite and remotely.
This Direct Hire position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:
First point of contact for IT support queriesDiagnose/resolve technical issues, guide users through to resolutionFollow internal processes:
prepare/complete IT check-lists, report faults, maintain logs on IT devices, ensure documentation for equipment and users are maintainedAssist with the onboarding and offboarding processFacilitate software and hardware installationsSupport network patching and upgrades Qualifications/Background Profile:
1-3 years of IT support experience (desktop or helpdesk support preferred)Strong knowledge of Windows 10, desktop security and supporting standard office applications and hardware Experience with SLA's, ticket management and incident managementExperience with Office 365 and Active Directory administrationStrong prioritization skills and ability to follow and help define IT processes and proceduresExposure to the following would be beneficial:
