Position Overview Our IT team is growing and currently looking for a Sr Pega Engineer who can serve as a technical lead for Pega projects within Trustmark. We are in the early stages of a digital transformation with massive investments into cutting edge and are looking for a Sr Pega Engineer that can play a key role in helping to turn the vision into a reality. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership and provide technical expertise while partnering with various cross functional teams. You will have the ability to influence many aspects of the direction we take, so we're looking for someone who is energized by the idea of playing a key role in a truly transformative initiative. Ideally you have a strong background in Pega and Java technologies - we'll help you learn anything else. This role will be primarily focused on developing solutions to business problems using Pega 8.6 Platform in collaboration with onshore and offshore Pega resources. The ideal candidate will have experience with both design & development of Pega BPM and design & development of case management applications in the Pega Platform. This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and the individual can sit anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for the design, development and maintenance of Pega BPM & Case Management solutions to business partners Leads the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features for the existing portfolio of applications for all lines of business Provides hands-on technical leadership and direction for features delivered Ensures application solution design conforms to agreed upon quality attributes such as performance, fault tolerance, etc. Design, codes, configures, unit tests, maintains, and documents software deliverable using agreed upon standards and tools. Collaborates with domain architects on coding standards, processes, tooling and frameworks required for the delivery of features in the sprint or product backlog Ensures that solutions delivered by self or team members are secure and scalable, comply with defined standards and best practices. Provides ongoing mentorship for less experienced Pega Engineers Responsible for application solution quality from design and implementation to deploy and run. Participates in definition and maintenance of software standards Responsible for communication and collaboration with key stakeholders in the delivery of features Evaluates technical impacts from and coordinates implementation of new product releases. Communicates with the Scrum Master or Product Owner and the Agile team Participates in code reviews and sprint retrospectives Participate in Proof Of Concept work and prototyping when necessary Collaborates with BA's to confirm understanding of business requirements relating to features to be delivered and to help the BA define requirements that can be delivered Collaborates with UX Designers to ensure designs produced can be translated efficiently into working solutions for feature delivery Contributes to an innovation culture in the team by suggesting improvement of deliveries and participates in evaluating new processes and technologies that can be applied to future feature delivery Supports transition of software features to a production environment ensuring that the deliveries meet application performance criteria, release standards; and ensures application and system stability.
Qualifications:
Strong intellectual curiosity Bachelor's Degree and 8
years of SW development experience 4
years design, architecture, developing & implementing solutions with Pega BPM and Case Management Certified Pega Senior System Architect Experience in implementing integrations to 3rd party is a must. Implementation Knowledge of APIs, REST protocols is a must. Domain knowledge of Insurance and Claims is preferred. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
