Job Summary This role ensures the accurate and timely billing for electric customers for large commercial, industrial and commercial accounts, as well as cooperatives and municipal accounts.
Utilizes billing system to complete work in a timely manner.
Handles special billing needs such as manual calculations, proration, estimation, add-on riders, and bills that are not generated automatically.
Develops reports and analyzes billing data.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience The knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience required for entry into this job include the following:
Minimum of 3
years related experience, preferably in accounting, auditing, billing or database management Knowledge, understanding, and application of the company's terms and conditions, policies and procedures, rate schedules and other processesOther skills and abilities include:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer focus -Excellent math skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of database querying software The company is actively seeking United States military veterans and service members who meet the qualifications.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined above Education Requirements Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Accounting, Business, Finance Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
