The Business Development Executive is an integral player on our Construction division out of our Richmond headquarters and is a driving force of a premier mechanical contractor company, handling multi-million dollar projects that shape the City of Richmond.

Meet with customers, engineers, vendors, and sub-contractors within the market to find opportunities, understand conditions and help to build our forecast Qualify project opportunities by talking to customers to learn scope, risk, how they plan to go to market, when the work will take place, when the work will be awarded Work with our customers to develop a clear understanding of project scopes and clearly communicate this information to internal team members Prepare proposals and presentations for customer interviews, Act as a liaison for ColonialWebb Contractors Develop project sales strategies that include how we interact within the market to be successful Develop and build strong relationships with our major vendors and subcontractors Review plans and specifications to understand the scope of work Build high level budgets for project opportunities Maintain strict adherence to all company safety rules, regulations, procedures, and practices You should have:
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Engineering Management preferred but not required Business development experience with general contractors Possess strong technical and mechanical knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, plumbing and piping systems Possess client management skills; ability to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations Demonstrate proficiency Microsoft Excel for cost estimating and engineering functions Knowledge and interest of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, accounting, cost forecasting, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources Demonstrate understanding of building materials, engineering standards and codes Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and the ability to interpret computerized cost data Ability to demonstrate foresight and problem-solving skills to make sound business decisions Ability to travel as necessary to jobs and meetings Apply online:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
