POSITION SUMMARY
The Report Developer/Analyst is responsible for the overall design, analysis, and development of individual reports along with the writing of these reports based on detailed specifications. The incumbent is responsible and is required to gain an in depth knowledge of the software. The position will utilize Crystal Reports and Business objects, along with other programs, to write and distribute the reports for all of the Connect Care applications. The individual will work closely with information services and end users along with serving as a resource for reporting writing and development throughout the Bon Secours System.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Strong communication, organizational, planning, problem solving, technology, analytical, judgment and research
skills.
3. Crystal reporting skills
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, HRIS/payroll and other systems.
5. Proven track record of relationship building with both internal and external customers.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working in the healthcare field, exposure to not-for-profit and faith-based institutions.
2. Experience with Crystal reporting and Business Objects or other report writing tools.
3. Application support and or implementation experience with a multi-state system.
4. Superior goal accomplishment skills.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
7. Comfort with relational database concepts.
8. Familiarity with Epic applications and database structure.
9. Critical thinking and an analytical mind.
