Job Title: SQL Server Developer
Location: Richmond, VA
Salary: $32-36/hour
We have an immediate need for SQL Server Developer for a long term contract in Richmond, VA This contract will last a minimum of six months with a possibility of extending two years.
Requirements:
- Over 6
years of experience in SQL Server development
- Must have the ability to analyze and document existing Data model, Stored procedures and Data
- Must have strong analytical, development and documentation skills
- Exceptional understanding of and experience with relational datasets, data warehouses and ETL techniques.
- 5 years of experience in developing stored procedures
- 5 years of performance tuning SQL Server databases
- Extensive knowledge and experience developing stored procedures, views and functions using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Light database administration skills (indexing, tuning, optimization etc.).
- Ability to write efficient, complex queries against very large data sets.
- Ability to model, analyze and manage large volumes of data.
- Experience with SSIS and .NET development is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
