Altria Client Services' role is to provide high quality services to the Altria family of companies. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resource (HR) Retirement group in Richmond, VA.
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced professional serving as an individual contributor and project team member possessing broad knowledge and expertise with information systems and software, retirement plan operations, legislation and vendor management operating within a highly outsourced environment. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with retirement plan strategy and design, trend analysis and scenario planning, recommendations and implementation of legislative & regulatory requirements and compliance with best practice process controls to achieve results.Specific accountabilities include:
Working with vendors for annual valuation data reconciliation
Interfacing with other company functions on data integration, systems issues and related projects
Assisting with retirement plans' participant data / other issues
Supporting planning and execution of retirement plan communications
Producing periodic plan metrics reporting
Supporting other Benefits projects as neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
