Brief Role Description : We are seeking a high performing Compensation Analyst to join the LOB Incentives team. This role will primarily manage Incentive Payroll. It will also actively participate in the following key areas: plan acknowledgement process, process documentation, audit compliance, data stewardship, in addition to supporting business as usual activities for other incentives related process. Responsibilities : - Key role in supporting LOB Incentive Payroll process. - Key role in supporting Financial Services LOBs monthly BAU (business as usual) process, including data load, inquiry, defect management and payroll support. - Become Subject Matter Expert for payroll and FS BAU processes and identify/implement process improvements - Provide support to enhancement team for any system enhancement on payroll and FS process, including helping on requirements, test data and coordinating validating the results - Consult with team members to facilitate implementation of ad hoc analysis and initiatives. - Build solid relationships with our Business and IT partners. - Ability to communicate clearly with both technical experts and business customers - Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in a fast paced environment - Ability to effectively collaborate across diverse cross-functional teams and coordinate the work of people outside own area of responsibility to deliver results - Candidate MUST be a self-starting individual
Qualifications: Basic
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or Military Experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - 2 years of experience as an analyst Preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
