A leading diversified bank that offers a broad array of financial products and services to consumers, small business and commercial clients is looking to hire a DIRECTOR OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING. This position is in Richmond, VA.
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
Responsible for the strategic direction of identity management capabilities and vendors
Design and formulate the plans for resilient infrastructure for these capabilities
Stay connected with advancements in digital security, both vendor and open source communities
Assess use cases for OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
Will partner with Digital Customer Protection Information Security to look at next generation of online security defenses
Is able to work in a matrixed organization, effectively communicating strategy and vision
Manage large, complex, IT digital security programs to deliver, enhance, and operate solutions and drive integration for bank's online presence
REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW
Masters Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
10 Years of experience in People/Personnel Management
10 Years of experience in Information Security Operations and Management
5 years of experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking)
10 Years of experience in General IT Knowledge of systems and infrastructure
USER AUTHENTICATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUSTEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
