I. PRIMARY FUNCTION/GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Social Work Coordinator, Behavioral Health has responsibility for the coordination and coverage of program counseling and therapeutic programming.
Develops and sustains an environment that promotes excellence in clinical practice and customer satisfaction, while striving for optimal efficiency and productivity of all resources.
II. EMPLOYMENT
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences, such as Social Work, Rehabilitation, Psychology or related field.
2. Licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as LCSW or Professional
Counselor required.
3. Work requires five years of clinical experience with a minimum of two years of
case management coordination.
4. One to two years of supervisory experience required.
5. Must have a high level of organization and communication skills with the
ability to work independently.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
