POSITION SUMMARY
Supports quality measurement and reporting including data collection, analysis and reporting of BSMG-Va quality metrics as set by BSMG-Va leadership. With a detailed working knowledge of regulatory requirements and other related information, provides guidance and support to the abstraction, validation and submission of all required measures to the third party vendor and others. Assemble data in support of follow-up on submission and final reporting. Participates in the data collection/abstraction processes. Supports all Governmental and Managed Care and Commercial payer clinical quality performance improvement data activities. Assists in the creation of comprehensive updates to BSMG and BSV leadership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor''s degree in healthcare, business, statistics, or other related field required.
2. Experience with large amounts of data, database management and reporting a plus.
3. Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with all members within a team required.
