years of intellectual property experience in a reputable legal environment. The candidate must have substantial experience in trademark matters. Substantial experience in marks counseling, clearance, application prosecution and policing is required. Substantial experience in technology contracting (software licensing, computer-related services agreements) is essential. Exposure to copyright matters, including copyright registration is a must. Should have a partial book of business.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
