The candidate will provide legal support for company?s Distribution Business, including guidance and advice on reimbursement (governmental and private), anti-kickback, Stark and privacy issues, competitive bidding requirements, and payer contracts. In addition, will provide a wide array of counseling and support to address the needs of these companies, as well as developing internal contracting processes, mitigating legal risk, and managing customer relationships. Interact with internal stakeholders across multiple function groups, such as sales, finance, and billing operations. Interact extensively with regulatory and compliance functions to ensure compliance and appropriate documentation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
