virginia
is responsible for the direct administrative support of a busy executive; as well as working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure quality support
services

Job Requirements
Ideal candidates should possess 4
years experience in a marketing or business development role within the Architecture / Engineering / Construction (A / E / C) industry
Knowledge and experience marketing professional services and familiarity with industry terms, contracts, deliverables and processes is required.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks, and possess strong organizational skills.
Knowledge and experience with office procedures, systems, and protocols required.
Ability to collaborate with Marketing Managers, Project Executives, Project Managers and relevant consultants in the proposal preparation process.
Knowledge of RFP and proposal processes is required.
Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign experience is preferred.
Previous experience with the creation, maintenance, and development of CRM databases is desired.
Strong and effective communication, writing, and
computer
skills are essential.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, or related field is desired.
